R5 Living Citric Acid Powder

Citric acid is a natural compound found in citrus fruits that can be used in many areas:
It acts as a natural water softener in the washing machine, as a rinse aid, as a descaler for surfaces and household appliances, and can also aid in toilet cleaning.
Since citric acid is 100% natural and therefore completely biodegradable, it is one of the most eco-friendly ways to clean your home.

Use:

• Softener: Dissolve 1 tablespoon of the powder in 200 ml of warm water and pour the solution into the fabric softener compartment of your washing machine.
• Descaler: Dissolve 2 tbsp. in 750 ml of warm water, spray it on the surface and wipe it with a damp sponge.
• Rinse aid: Mix 1 tbsp. with 200 ml of warm water and pour it into the rinse aid compartment of the dishwasher.
• Rinse for washing machine & dishwasher: Place 3 tbsp of powder in the dispensing compartment and run the empty machine on a high-temperature programme.
• Toilet descaler: Dissolve 2 tablespoons of powder in 1 litre of hot water, pour the solution into the toilet and leave overnight.

Please note: Do not use on acid-sensitive surfaces.
